We are looking to appoint a full-time Lead Pastor in the spring/summer of 2026

The ideal candidate will be a servant-hearted, godly leader, who shares the theological and cultural values of Grace Community Church Porthcawl.

We are eager for someone who can lead Grace into the next chapter, helping us to grow spiritually and numerically, and who can help our church to reach our community with the hope of Jesus.
